PM110

    PM110 The PM110 is a compact panel mounted single-phase AC Powermeter, measuring up to 25 parameters.
    The front panel boasts a bright digital LED display as well as a LED bar graph that mimics the analog needle.
    The PM110 is available in the model PM110E for basic voltage, current, frequency, power, power factor power demands and energy measurements.
    The PM110 is suitable for mounting on both 4-inch round and 92x92mm square cut-outs.

PM130 PLUS

PM130 PLUS The PM130 PLUS Truemeter is a low-cost Powermeter designed for replacement of existing analog meters. The front panel boasts a bright LED display that is fully visible in bright sunlight, as well as a LED bar graph that mimics the analog needle. The PM130 PLUS measures up to over 80 electrical parameters locally, and up to 100 parameters via RS485. The follow versions of the PM130 PLUS are available: the power version (PM130P PLUS), and harmonic version (PM130EH PLUS). All models feature easy installation with mounting on square or round cutouts and unique 'feed thru' current inputs for fast wiring. RS-485 communication is a built-in feature, with Modbus, ASCII or DNP3.0 protocol and assignable registers.
Optional modules: Analog Output, Digital Input / Output (Relay), Communications (Ethernet or Profibus).

PM172

PM172 The PM172 Powermeters with Class 0.2S accuracy ensure accurate data on more than 80 parameters of power, regardless of any waveform distortion present on the voltage or current inputs. Measurements include per phase, total, and harmonics (THD, TDD). Memory and time-clock allow data logging and time stamping of events. Advanced TOU meets any billing requerements. Fast Waveform Recordings provided for waveform capture and logging on different events. Additional features include a switching power supply, 2 digital inputs, 2 relay outputs for control, alarm and energy pulsing, analog inputs/outputs.
Available in models PM172E-N (Energy) and PM172EH-N (Power Quality Analyser).

C191HM The C191HM Energy Multimeter and Harmonic Manager measures, monitors and controls individual harmonic and energy parameters. With the full capabilities of the PM190EH, the C191HM also provides low voltage protection, overcurrent monitoring, advanced setpoint control, and programmable alarms for each current/voltage harmonic. Odd harmonics are displayed till the 39th harmonic; even harmonics, as well as K-factor per phase current, are displayed via communications.

C192PF8 The C192PF8 Power Factor Manager measures power factor for control of up to 8 capacitor banks. The C192PF8 features 8 programmable relays for alarm/setpoint/energy pulsing with failsafe operation, 16 programmable setups for alarm/control/trip functions, and 4 counters operated by user-defined triggers. PNA296

PNA296 The PNA296 Portable Network Analyzer packs versatility and accuracy into a user-friendly, cost-effective unit. Its unique combination of standard current clamps with SATEC's special cables and electronic circuit renders highly accurate measurement of currents in the range of 100mA to 6A as well as in standard ranges. The SATEC ezPACTM SA300 Series are a fusion of many intelligent electronic devices (IED) combined into one single powerful unit. The SATEC ezPACTM SA300 Series unite Distributed Fault-Recording, Sequence of Events (SOE), Revenue Metering, Power Quality, Back up to Protection equipment and control devices to provide a complete solution for substation and industrial automation.
The unique modular expansion chassis of the SATEC ezPACTM SA300 Series assures the capability of meeting the needs of today and the future by selecting different plug-in options for multiple applications. Fault information can be exported to optional COMTRADE format via PAS software.

  • Power Quality Analyzer - Advanced power quality monitoring reporting as per IEEE 1159 classification. Report by exception with programmable thresholds and hysteresis, ready-for-use reports; transients, impulses, sags/swells, interruptions, inter-harmonics as per IEEE519, frequency variations, volts unbalance.
 
  • High Speed Sampling- The utilization of the latest DSP technology and the innovative data concept allow very long recording periods without compromising the high level of accuracy. Simultaneous sampling with individual A/D conversions assures no phase differential for 12-channels of AC, one VDC and digital inputs recording. Selectable simultaneous AC recording rate of 32, 64 and 128 samples per cycle; over 3 min of continuous recording with a 5-Mbyte onboard expandable memory.
 
  • Long Term Recording - For data logging & trending, internal diagnostics events, control events and I/O operations.
 
  • Fast Data Logging Recorder - From 1/2 cycle RMS to 2-hour RMS envelopes are provided. Most useful in quickly determining relay operation by recording the RMS value of each cycle and displaying the entire trend when breaker clears, resets, lockout or fails to operate; up to 20 pre-fault cycles; programmable post fault on any internal and external trigger condition.
 
  • Programmable Controller – Advanced programmable logic makes it ideal for controlling multiple CAP banks, Tap changes under load and alarming. Programmable 32 setpoints control, OR/AND logic, operate with release triggers, thresholds with delays, relay control, event-driven data recording.
 
  • Digital Power Meter - You can now eliminate the added cost of a multifunction digital meter. Protection relays are poor substitutes for metering and can be dangerous and misleading when high harmonic contents are present in AC current or voltages typically found in distribution circuits. Providing high accuracy True RMS values for volts, amps, powers, power factors, unbalance, harmonic, demands (predicted, fixed and sliding) and neutral current are included.
 
  • Revenue Accurate Billing – Meets ANSII C12.2 (0.2 class) Advanced Time-of Use feature for any complex billing scheme is provided. Totalizing from multiple energy and demand registers from energy pulses via external watt-meters.
 
  • Directional Harmonic Analyzer - Total Harmonic Distortion for V&I and up to the 63rd. Including directional power harmonics (Load or Source), power factor, phasor diagram, symmetrical components.
 
  • External Time Synchronization - provides 1 mSec time resolution via IRIG-B time-code input or GOES type satellite clock.
 
  • Dual Independent Power Supplies – Primary AC/DC and Secondary power supply provide continuous operation.
 
  • Memory Expansion Card – The SATEC SA300 can be equipped with a 64/128-MByte Expansion Memory plug-in module for long-term waveform and data, trend recording.
   

AC/DC Inputs

  The SA300 is provided with a set of fully isolated AC/DC inputs for a connection to the AC feeders and station battery:

  • Four 5.5 kV Galvanically Isolated AC voltage inputs - Up to 690VAC direct input voltage.
AC/DC Input
  • Four Galvanically Isolated AC current inputs - Includes an extended input range up to ×3000% overload (10A/IEC or 20A/ANSI input currents, to 150 Amps fault currents).

Voltage Input / Power Supply
  • A second set of four Galvanically Isolated current inputs (Model SA330 only) - In addition to the high measurement CT above this additional set of CT inputs (10A/IEC or 20A/ANSI input currents) is used for precise energy metering thus eliminating expensive revenue billing meters.
 
  • DC voltage input - Used for station battery monitoring (up to 300VDC). Set point triggers and alarming.

Digital and Analog I/O Options

  The SA300 has five I/O expansion slots for removable plug-in I/O modules:
  • DI - Digital inputs - 16 optically isolated inputs per module (one provided), up to 3 modules per device; options for dry contacts, 12V, 24V, 48V and 125V wet inputs; programmable de-bounce time from 1 ms to 1 sec; quick linkage to Sequence-of-Events Recorder, Fault Recorder, control setpoints, pulse counters and Energy/TOU subsystem.
  • RO – 8 Relay Outputs - 6 Form A relays rated at 5 Amps @125VDC and two Form C relays for energy pulsing are provided per module. Up to 4 modules per device; programmed forunlatched, latched and pulse operations, failsafe operation for alarm notifications; programmable pulse width; direct remote relay control through communications.
  • AI/AO - Four optically isolated analog outputs and four optically isolated inputs internal power supplies per module. Up to 4 modules per device; options for 0-1mA, ±1mA, 0-20mA and 4-20mA inputs and outputs; ×200% overload current for 0-1mA and ±1mA AI/AO.

Remote Display
The SA300 can be ordered with an optional bright LED Remote Display Module (RDM). It has a RS485 port and communicate with the SA300 through the Modbus RTU protocol. Remote display can be located at distances of up to 0.5 km from the device. The RDM300 has three six-digit windows with bright red LEDs well suited for direct sunlight applications. It allows the user to view real-time RMS and harmonics measurements, status indication parameters, and perform basic setup operations when installing and servicing the device.

  The ezPACTM SA300 Series production line includes two device models
 
  • SA320 - Power Quality model - offers all the ezPACTM metering, control, and fault and event recording capabilities. Adds an EN50160 and IEEE 1159 power quality recorder classifications and reports, and also EN50160 statistic acquisition and reports.
 
  • SA330 - Premium model – Includes the standard 150A current inputs for fault recording and adds to above additional four current inputs (10A/20A) for revenue energy metering and management.

PM175

PM175 The PM175 (class 0.2S revenue accuracy) is a compact, multi-function, three-phase AC powermeter and power quality analyser according to standard EN50160 (including statistics acquisition).
The meter is specially designed to meet the requirements of users ranging from electrical panel builders to substation operators. Bright 3-row LED display provides easy local meter readings. The display module is freely detachable and can be located at a distance up to 1000 meters from the device.
Two communication ports allow local and remote meter readings and setup. Different communication options are available including RS232/RS422/RS485, LAN, Ethernet (TCP/IP), PROFIBUS.

BFM136

BFM136 Branch Feeder Monitor is a new generation energy management meter for multi-point energy demand data logging applications. BFM136/036 can monitor energy, demand, total and multi-tariff (TOU), using data logging. The meter can monitor up to 12 three-phase channels or 36 single-phase channels, or any combination of both. The flexibility makes the BFM136/BFM036 especially suitable for multi-tenant facilities, such as residential projects, office buildings and shopping malls.

ETC2002

ETC2002 The ETC2002 Intelligent Communication Device opens a new era for energy management by enabling users to advance from serial network (RS485) and exploit the advantages of the Internet and Intranet. ETC2002 offers full control of entire power systems, from anywhere, anytime, via an Ethernet connection. AX-8

AX-8 The AX-8 Analog Expander enables Powermeters to interface with other devices that require analog signals. The AX-8 can be connected to any Powermeter equipped with an RS-422 communication port and analog expander option. 8 channels are provided for high resolution analog output. Two units can be connected in sequence, providing as many as 16 analog outputs with use of one Powermeter. A wide range of operations is offered: current output options of 0-20 mA and 4-20 mA, 0-1 mA and ±1 mA , and voltage output options of 0-10V DC and ±10V DC. The AX-8 features high easy DIN rail or wall mount installation.

RSC-232

RSC-232 The RSC-232 Communication Converter permits easy conversion of RS-232 PC signals into full duplex (RS-422) or half-duplex (RS-485) communication signals. This enables multi-drop information retrieval of data from up to 31 Powermeters. Also featured are an internal automatic RTS signal for data detection, 2000 V RMS isolation, built-in power supply, LED indicators for communication status and choice of table top, DIN rail or wall mount installation.
